OPERAI/E OF PRODUCTION - PAPER SECTOR

We operate nationwide offering services of staffing, executive search, outplacement, HR consulting and training. For an important and structured paper company, leader in the production of paper for domestic and professional use, with plants present on a national scale, we are looking for OPERAI/E OF PRODUCTION - PAPER SECTOR at our plant in Latina: The selected resources will be inserted into production lines and will be responsible for various stages of processing and transformation of paper, ensuring continuity, quality and efficiency of processes. Main activities - Supplying raw materials to production machines - Assembling, working and operating production lines - Monitoring the process and controlling the correct functioning of machinery - Basic quality controls and testing on finished products - Storage and movement of goods and materials in warehouse - Using forklifts and lifting equipment - Packaging and preparing products for shipment - Cleaning and ordinary maintenance of workstations Requisites required - Experience, even minimal, as a production worker (preferably from the paper sector) - Ability to use industrial machinery - Attitude to recognizing anomalies and malfunctions - Precision, good manual skills and attention to detail - Physical resistance and ability to work in a team - Availability to work on shifts, including Saturday and Sunday Requisites preferred - Experience in using specific machinery of the sector (rewinding machines, Pulper, converting plants) What we offer - Contract: fixed-term with possibility of extension and stabilization - CCNL: Paper-Industry - Monthly net salary: €1.300 – €1.400 - Schedule: full-time, 40 hours weekly on a continuous cycle - Insertion into a solid, structured reality with concrete prospects for professional growth Location: Latina Sector: Paper Industry - Production for domestic and professional use How to apply Interested parties can send their updated CV, complete with authorization to process personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
