Openjobmetis SpA - Castelfranco Veneto branch - is looking for a WORKER/ASSEMBLER - ASSEMBLY LINE for an important mechanical engineering company to expand its workforce ### Role and Responsibilities ### Duties * Assembly and mounting of components along the production line; * Use of bench tools and hand tools; * Preparation and positioning of components necessary for assembly; * Execution of the various processing phases assigned on the line; * Visual inspection and verification of the correct quality of the assembled product; * Identification of any anomalies or defects; * Packaging and preparation of the finished product; * Collaboration with colleagues to ensure the correct execution of the production process; * Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the workstation. ### Requirements and Skills Required ### Requirements * Preferable experience, even if brief, in production or assembly; * Good manual dexterity and precision; * Ability to work following production rhythms and timings; * Attention to detail and quality orientation; * Aptitude for teamwork; * Seriousness, reliability, and punctuality; Candidates **without specific experience** will also be considered, provided they are motivated, dynamic, and have a good aptitude for manual work. ### OTHER INFORMATION Work location: Castelminio di Resana Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 07.30-12.30 // 13.30-17.00 Friday: 07.30-13.30 CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria Level D1 or D2, gross monthly salary between €1784.94 and €1979.37 Initial fixed-term contract, with a view to permanent employment *The announcement is aimed at all individuals, regardless of sex, in reference to Legislative Decree 198/2006.
