Production Operator

At Al Centro S.p.A. Agency for Work, Padua branch, we are selecting a production operator for an important company located in Santa Maria di Sala operating in industrial productions of the rubber and plastic sector. The resource, inserted into production, will be responsible for activities such as shaping and gluing expanded polyurethane foam. Specifically, it will load the polyurethane onto a machine and set parameters on a computer console following the reference order. Once the machine is started, the process will be followed, product quality checked, and the machine unloaded for subsequent processing. In the post-glueing position, the resource will be responsible for positioning the shape on the machine, starting the gluing procedure, unloading the machine. Final packaging and labeling. The following requirements are needed: - experience gained as a production operator or assistant in charge of production on machines, production line. - physical robustness, excellent manual dexterity, and speed in performing tasks. Characteristics of the offer: - Place of work: Santa Maria di Sala (VE). - Working hours: 40 full-time hours, from Monday to Friday, two shifts 6-14 and 14-22 (request for availability also at night shift 22-6 when necessary). - Contract: initial contract with a prospect of stable employment in the company.
