Production Worker

At Al Centro, Padova branch is selecting a Production Worker for a company operating in the production sector. The resource, inserted into production, will be responsible for following the entire production process: - loading material onto the machine - setting up production parameters; - performing the production process and final quality control. The resource will be followed and trained on activities and will operate as part of a work team to become autonomous in various tasks to be performed. Requirements: - previous experience in the role as a production worker attached to processing processes (even minimal). - Good attitude and passion/predisposition for production work. - Possession of a valid mule patent will be considered a plus. - Request availability starting from January 2026. Job characteristics: Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday from 08:00/17:00 or 07:00/16:00 (with an hour-long lunch break, the company has an internal canteen). Place of work: vicinity of Borgoricco (PD). Contract: initial supply contract with a prospect of employment in the company.
