OPERATION ASSISTANT FOR PRODUCTION IN METALMECHANICAL FIELD

Ali Spa ALI - Agency for Work - Spa, branch of Seriate, is looking for a company in Chiuduno, specialized in the production of precision wire and precision steel alloys, an Operation Assistant. The resource will be responsible for performing the following activities: - Management and supervision of machines for wire and precision steel alloy production. - Loading/unloading materials and parts on production lines. - Visual and dimensional quality control of finished parts (use of calipers and micrometers). - Ordinary maintenance and cleaning of the workstation. - Collaboration with the team to ensure compliance with production plans. Required skills: - Previous experience, even brief, as a production worker, preferably in the metalmechanical sector. - Good manual dexterity and precision. - Ability to use main measurement tools (a plus). - Seriousness, punctuality, and predisposition to teamwork. - Immediate availability. What we offer: - Fixed-term contract initially, aimed at indefinite employment. - Job classification and remuneration: 1600/2000 Euro (Metalmechanics Industry Collective Labour Agreement). - Continuous training and mentoring. Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.
