ROASTER OPERATOR

Adecco Italia is looking for a Roaster Operator for a leading company in the coffee industry based in Bologna. The sought-after figure will be inserted into the work team, with the following duties:- Material management through quality control of raw materials upon arrival and storage using a mallet- Preparation and use of equipment intended for the roasting process- Execution of roasting: loading the roaster machine, monitoring the process, and taking corrective actions if necessary- Quality control of the finished product according to standardsREQUIREMENTS- Previous experience in coffee roasting companies or food industry preferred- Mallet patent, in case of absence, it can be taken in-house course- Good manual skills- Precision and accuracy- Speed in learningDETAILS OF WORKPlace of work: Anzola dell'Emilia (BO)Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday within the time frame 08:00-16:30, with occasional shifts within the time frame 07:00-19:00 during certain periods of the yearMensa or meal vouchers availableINSETIONAn initial contract is offered for a period of one month, plus possible extensions and subsequent integration into the companyJob classification level: CCNL Alimentari Industria 5 Level, €1,877.29 gross monthlyAvailable time: Total availability Sector: Other
