Job description

We are looking for a Thermohydraulic Technician to join our team, with specialized activities related to the calibration and verification of thermocouples, pyrometry, and the monitoring of industrial burners and furnaces.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The person will be responsible for:

• calibration of thermocouples used for monitoring the temperature of materials during heat treatments;

• calibration of instruments and thermocouples installed on heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces;

• surveillance and calibration of furnaces through uniformity and accuracy tests;

• ordinary and preventive maintenance of burners, instruments, and thermocouples;

• verification of the correct operation and regulation of gas furnaces;

• use of equipment and tools necessary for carrying out the activity;

• application of company procedures regarding safety and environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical industrial high school diploma or vocational institute diploma.

An initial training course of approximately 6 months is planned to acquire the specific skills required for the role.
