Specialized Operative – Construction Sector ETJCA Group, for a client company active in the construction sector and specialized in renovations and restorations of public and private buildings, is looking for a: SPECIALIZED OPERATIVE The resource will be responsible for: - Coordinating and operationally supporting a team of 4/5 people on site; - Actively participating in renovation and restoration works; - Managing daily activities at the construction site, ensuring compliance with times, quality, and safety; - Interfacing with the project management and client for advancing the work. Requirements: - Consolidated experience as specialized operative or foreman; - Good knowledge of restoration and renovation techniques; - Attitude to teamwork and leadership skills. Offered: - Direct insertion into company, with a role commensurate with experience; - Working hours: day shift, 7:00 – 16:00; - Solid and structured work environment.
