Specialized Operator with experience in operating automatic machines

Openjobmetis – Permanent Placement Division, Certaldo Branch, is seeking a Specialized Operator with experience in operating automatic machines for a metal-mechanical company. The resource will be inserted into the production department and will be responsible for operating, equipping, and controlling automatic machines, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Role and responsibilities: Operating and supervising automatic and/or semi-automatic machines Equipment setup and control Machine maintenance and repair Quality control and assurance Safety procedures and protocols Compliance with company policies and regulations Ability to work in a team environment Flexibility and adaptability to changing production needs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating automatic machines, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
