Slotter Operator

Ali Spa Ali agency for work S.p.a., Corinaldo branch, selects for a company in the cartotecnical sector, specialized in producing boxes and packaging, an Operaio Slottista / Machine Operator. The position: The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Regulating the Casemaker machine (Slotter/Flexographic) parameters based on production order (dimensions, type of cardboard, prints, etc.); - Managing and monitoring the production cycle, intervening promptly to ensure continuity and efficiency in the processing; - Performing dimensional and visual checks on finished and semi-finished products (cuts, cordoning, gluing, printing) to ensure conformity; - Feeding the machine with cardboard sheets and managing the discharge of finished product; - Carrying out cleaning, lubrication, and small maintenance interventions to prevent machine downtime and failures; - Optimizing material usage by minimizing production waste. Requirements: - Previous experience (even minimal) in operating machines for cardboard processing or similar production contexts; - Ability to read technical drawings or production sheets; - Strong attention to detail, especially during setup and quality control; - Ability to identify and quickly resolve any anomalies or machine malfunctions.
