Paper Production Assistant

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a Mantova-based company, one of the first Italian agencies specializing in human resources research, selection, training, and management, is seeking to support the development and growth plans of an important company in the training and safety sector. We are looking for a PAPER PRODUCTION ASSISTANT who, after training and orientation, will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines, ensuring quality control of finished products, supporting packaging and storage operations, reporting any technical anomalies, and maintaining a clean and safe working area according to safety regulations. Responsibilities: - Conduct and monitor production machinery - Quality control of finished product - Support in packaging and storage operations - Reporting any technical anomalies - Cleaning and maintenance of the work area according to safety regulations Requirements: - Previous experience in a productive or manufacturing environment (preferably in the paper/packaging sector) - Good manual skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a team - Availability for shift work - Seriousness, precision, and sense of responsibility - Preferable use of mule (what is this?)
