Junior Carpenter

Ali Spa, Empoli branch, is looking for a Junior Carpenter at Cerreto Guidi. Are you a person with good manual skills, precision, and a willingness to learn a craft? What You Will Do: - Support expert carpenters in various stages of wood processing. - Use work tools (manual and electric) for preparing and finishing pieces. - Assemble, clean, and move materials within the department. Essential Requirements: - No specific experience is required in the carpentry sector. - Competence in using tools and work utensils (saws, drills, etc.) is appreciated. - Excellent manual skills, precision, and dedication to work. - Seriousness and strong motivation for learning. - B driving license What We Offer: - Initial Contract: Fixed-term supply contract (finalized for direct employment in the company). - Net Monthly Salary: € 1,300 - € 1,400 (depending on experience and CCNL). - Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours weekly), Monday to Friday (8:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 18:00). - Rare overtime. - Artisanal work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
