Lavorint Spa ATTAL Group SpA, Labour Agency, Parma Ovest branch, one of the first labour agencies in Italy specializing in human resource search, selection, training, and management, selects for a major metalworking company located in Parma an/una Metalworker (Plastic Materials Department) RESPONSIBILITIES: The figure will be inserted into the production department of the company where, supported by colleagues with experience, it will be responsible for the following tasks: - mechanical assembly/mounting of industrial machinery starting from correct reading of technical drawings; - thermal welding operations on plastic material (previously scheduled training); - quality control of work performed; - maintenance of the working area clean and safe; - collaboration with the team and supervisor to achieve production targets; REQUIREMENTS: - Technical/mechanical degree or diploma; - Previous experience in the metalworking sector; - Ability to read technical drawings; - Good manual skills with tools and measuring instruments; - Excellent knowledge of Italian language (written and spoken); - Precision, attention to detail, and ability to work as a team; The ideal candidate has knowledge of main welding types (preferably on plastic material). OFFER: - Fixed-term contract with possibility of extensions and direct entry into an indefinite-term contract. - Placement in a major metalworking company producing highly automated industrial machinery. - Support and training aimed at professional growth of the inserted figure. - No travel is expected.
