Metalmechanic Operator

Humangest Spa, Gallarate branch, is seeking a Metalmechanic Operator for an important client company in the metalmechanics sector. The resource, inserted in the tooling department, will report directly to the Workshop Chief, will be trained and supported, and will be responsible for managing metalmechanics machine operations (lathes, milling machines, bending machines), assembly, finishing, quality control, and supporting senior colleagues on further operations. Requirements: - Minimum previous experience in the role in industrial contexts; - Ability to read technical drawings; - Knowledge of parallel lathe, milling machine, and bending machine operations; - Ability to work in a team; - Good communication and organizational skills; - Seriousness, punctuality, and reliability. Contract: initial employment through an agency for the purpose of hiring. CCNL Metalmechanics Industry, level D1 (gross salary of €1,719.67) or D2 (gross salary of €1,931.78) based on previous experiences, 13 months, and production bonus. Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday from 7:45 to 17:00. Place of Work: Olgiate Olona (VA).
