OPERATION PRODUCTION WORKER

Humangest Spa, Gallarate branch, is seeking an important company in the rubber and plastic industry OPERAIO DI PRODUZIONE. The resource will be inserted into the mixing department, initially trained and supported, then responsible for producing components in rubber through the use of industrial machines and injection presses, quality control of the finished product, and support for logistics and cleaning/maintenance activities. Requirements: - Preferable previous experience in production contexts; - Availability to work on shifts; - Good ability to sustain production rhythms; - Predisposition to operate and conduct production machinery; - Precision and attention. - Seriousness, punctuality, and reliability Contract: initial employment through an agency with subsequent extensions for the purpose of hiring.
