Production Worker 3 Shifts

Ali Spa ALI LAVORO SPA, branch of Solbiate Arno and, is looking for a Production Worker to join a multinational group operating in the chemical-plastic sector. Activities: The resource will be inserted into the production and processing department of plastic materials and will be responsible for: - Preparation and weighing of raw materials based on a recipe (e.g. powders, granules and additives); - Loading raw materials onto chemical plants/ reactors and/or plastic processing equipment; - Control and monitoring of the production process; - Maintenance of equipment and machinery; - Participation in quality control and testing of products; - Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; - Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities; - Physical and mental stamina to work in a fast-paced environment; - Familiarity with chemical and plastic processing equipment; - Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
