Junior/Senior Line Operator

WinTime SpA WinTime SpA - Employment Agency, authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, with protocol n°13/I/0003507/04.01 dated 14/02/2008, on behalf of an important company operating in the rubber and plastic sector, is seeking a Line Operator (Junior/Senior) in Battipaglia (Sa). The search is aimed at both junior figures, even those with their first experience, who want to embark on a training and professional growth path, as well as senior profiles with proven experience in the sector. Main responsibilities: - Operational management of production line - Quality control of outgoing product according to company standards - Interventions for regulation and change of molds/machines (for senior profiles) - Collaboration with production and maintenance team - Cleaning and maintenance of workstation Requisites for junior profiles: - Interest in working in a productive environment - Good manual skills and precision - Availability to work on shifts (including night shifts) - Teamwork attitude - Technical diploma or professional qualification (preferable but not essential) Requisites for senior profiles: - Previous experience as line operator in the rubber-plastic sector - Basic knowledge of injection molding presses or extrusion technology (or other relevant technology) - Autonomy in conducting equipment and quality control - Ability to read basic technical drawings and/or use measurement tools What we offer: - Internal training for junior profiles and technical updating for seniors - Placement in a solid and growing company - Dynamic work environment, attentive to safety and resource valorization - Possibility of professional growth within the organization This announcement is addressed to both men and women, as well as people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Decrees 198/06, 215/03, and 216/03.
