Foundry Worker Category: Production/OperationsWork Location: CALCINATOCustomer Company based in Calcinato (BS), operating in the metal production and processing sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying 4 People interested in taking on the role of Foundry Worker, to be hired directly.Work Location: Calcinato (BS)The role of Foundry Worker involves integration into the Foundry department and the performance of the following activities: management and monitoring of plants and their processing parameters; loading and management of furnaces; processing of molten metal; slag management; verification of production progress; control of correct plant operation and intervention in case of anomalies. To cover this role, it is necessary to: have at least 1 year of experience in a production environment, preferably within a foundry or in similar industrial contexts; possess interest and motivation to learn the technical procedures for managing and monitoring plants and processing processes; be available to work in continuous shifts over 3 shifts, from Monday to Sunday, with compensatory rest days, according to the 5+2, 5+2, 5+1 scheme, with shifts also involving Saturdays and Sundays; be available to work in a foundry production environment, in contact with plants, furnaces, and molten metal; precision, attention to procedures, reliability, and predisposition to teamwork complete the profile. The contractual framework provides for: worker qualification; remuneration starting from € 35,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, acquired skills, and candidate potential.
