Food Processing Worker

Orienta S.p.A., Benefit-Gesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, seeks a FOOD PROCESSING WORKER for a customer operating in the food sector. The selected person will be placed within the production department and will be responsible for operating machines for the preparation of sweet and savory doughs, ensuring the respect of quality and hygiene standards. Main tasks: - Operating automatic and semi-automatic production lines for dough preparation; - Measuring ingredients and controlling mixing and processing phases; - Cleaning and disinfecting equipment used after shift; - Controlling finished product and respecting recipes and production times; - Filling production documentation and reporting anomalies. Requirements: - Previous experience in the food sector or industrial bakery/pastry; - Preferably holding a valid HACCP certificate; - Good manual skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard procedures; - Availability to work on 3 shifts; - Seriousness, punctuality, and predisposition to teamwork. We offer: - Direct employment with a fixed-term contract aimed at stabilization; - Shift work from Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00; - Remuneration: €1,700-€2,000, plus night shift bonuses according to the applicable collective agreement (CCNL); - Collective agreement for the food sector: 14th month.
