OPERATOR FOR BAR CUTTING WITH OVERHEAD CRANE USE

The resource will be hired by the client company located near OME (BS).

What we offer

The company is considering direct hiring on a permanent contract.

The working hours are full-time, day shift from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The company applies the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labor Agreement - CNEL C011, and the indicative annual gross salary will be between 26,000 and 32,000 euros.

The planned start date is 10/15/2026, but it may vary depending on your availability.

Role Description

The selected individual will be integrated into the cutting department and, reporting to the Department Manager, will be responsible for:

• Loading brass bars onto cutting machines using the overhead crane;
• Setting cutting parameters and initiating the bar cutting process;
• Controlling the quality of cut pieces using a caliper to ensure compliance;
• Managing the unloading of incoming raw material and its correct positioning in the warehouse using a forklift;
• Operating a forklift for safe material handling.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience as a bar cutting operator;
• Ability to operate a forklift with a valid license;
• Ability to operate an overhead crane with a valid license;
• Ability to use a caliper for quality control;
• Availability to work the indicated full-time morning shift;
• 1 resource is being selected.
