e-work SpA, Agency for Labour, selects OPERAI DI PRODUZIONE for a client company operating in a structured production context. Duties: - Conducting and controlling automatic and semi-automatic machines (fustellatrici, piega-incolla, taglierine, packaging lines); - Loading and unloading materials (carton, sheets, packaging) and supplying production lines; - Monitoring the correct functioning of machinery and intervening in case of anomalies; - Visual quality control of the finished product and verification of conformity to company standards; - Packaging, labeling, and palletizing the product; - Using, if in possession of qualifications, a forklift and crane for material movement; - Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with safety regulations; - Collaborating constantly with the department team to respect production deadlines. Required skills: - Maximum seriousness, consistency in commitment, and ability to work as part of a team; - Good manual dexterity, orderliness, and punctuality in performing duties; - Ability to manage work dynamically; - Spirit of collaboration and strong sense of responsibility; - Previous experience in medium/large-scale production contexts is desirable; - Qualifications for operating: forklift and crane.
