Night Shift Worker

Relizont has been entrusted by a Client company based in Mussolente, with 40 employees and operating in the metalmechanics sector for over 30 years to produce tools, with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of Night Shift Worker, to be hired on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of future permanent employment. Worksite: Mussolente The role involves: - loading material and starting the process of disk retouching - adjusting parameters and supervising two machines - unloading material and visual quality control of the finished piece. To take on this role, it is necessary: - to have completed a high school diploma in mechanical engineering - to have gained at least one year's experience in the same or similar role - to be available for daytime work, during the initial training period, from 08:00 to 16:30 - subsequently, availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, on night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. The contractual classification provides: - qualification of Worker/Worker - level D2 of the CCNL Metalmechanics Industry - monthly salary equal to euro 1950.00 and in any case commensurate with experience and skills already acquired. The remuneration package also includes access to an incentive system and welfare plan (funded by Ebitemp - National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health protection, contribution to nursery school, personal loans and support for: school expenses, extra-urban transportation and territorial mobility.
