Ali Agenzia Per il Lavoro - Filiale di Livorno is seeking a/una Operaio/a Addetto/a alla Cernita and Production for a food processing company in CASTAGNETO CARDUCCI (LI) for the tomato harvest season. Job Description The resources will be inserted into the production department to manage the tomato transformation cycle. It's a dynamic seasonal job that requires speed and attention to quality of the food product. Main Tasks - Manual sorting of tomatoes on conveyor belts. - Cleaning and preparation of vegetables. - Scorching and peeling activities. - Filling and inserting into vases. - Supporting processes of pasteurization and sterilization of vases. Requirements Needed - Good manual dexterity and operational speed. - Physical resistance and ability to work in hot environments (production lines). - Availability to work on intense rhythms linked to the product's seasonality. - B license (to reach the plant). - Preferably holding a valid HACCP certificate. Schedule and Contract - Period: Insertion from July to end of October (duration variable based on the harvest season). - Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday. - Contract: Seasonal fixed-term contract through Agency.
