Lavorint S.p.A., a group of ATTAL, a labor agency, branch of Pescara (Pe), one of the first labor agencies in Italy specializing in the search, selection, training, and management of human resources, selects for a client company in the metalmechanics sector profiles of: PRODUCTION WORKERS Responsibilities and duties: - Perform operations of drawing and assembly, following specifications and instructions provided. - Monitor and control machines and tools used in the production process, ensuring safety and efficiency. - Carry out quality controls throughout the production process. Requirements - Previous experience in the production sector or a similar role is preferred. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work precisely and efficiently. - Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. - Flexibility and adaptability to face the changing needs of the production department. - Availability to work on shifts and continuous cycle. Role The resource will be responsible for interventions on the production line and mechanical work.
