ATTAL Group spa, employment agency, Savigliano branch, one of the first Italian employment agencies specializing in human resource search, selection, training, and management, selects for a company belonging to the food sector near Cortemilia n.2 OPERAI ALIMENTARI We are looking for OPERAI IN AMBITO ALIMENTARE who can work on 2 shifts (no night) and have gained previous experience in production. The professional figures we want to contact will be placed in a stimulating work environment where precision, organization, and attention are required. Requirements: - Previous experience in confectioning/production - Teamwork and ability to coordinate with colleagues - Excellent organizational skills - Time management skills - Speed / Ability to maintain pace - Manual dexterity - Precision and reliability Responsibilities: - Confectioning of food products accurately, respecting safety norms - Labeling products according to guidelines - Control of labeling and packaging protection - Monitoring and control of confectioning quality - Collaboration with the team to ensure process efficiency Offriamo: - Employment contract with a client's hiring purpose - Full-time work 40 hours on two shifts (morning/afternoon) - Possibility of overtime - Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday (peak season) Work Zone: - Cortemilia (Cn) The search respects the d.lgs. 198/2006 and is open to candidates of any orientation, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, and religious creed.
