Food Production Worker

ETJCA S.p.A., a subsidiary of ETJCA GROUP S.p.A. based in Rho, is selecting a Food Production Worker for an important and historic client operating in the food sector near Lainate (MI). The selected candidate will report directly to the production supervisor and be inserted into the production department, responsible for sorting merchandise, serving lines, packaging, quality control, and compiling reports. Details and contractual terms: - Location of work: nearby LAINATE (MI). - Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Saturday on 3 shifts (06.00-14.00; 14.00-22.00; 22.00-06.00) with availability for overtime on Sundays. - Contract offered: initial fixed-term contract of 3 months in temporary employment with possible extensions. Serious hiring purpose. Insertion from December. - Remuneration: approximately €1,760 per month gross + Shift Allowance + Lunch Ticket at €5.50 per day + possible allowances. After 6 months, the remuneration will be approximately €1,890 per month gross + Shift Allowance + Lunch Ticket at €5.50 per day. - Job classification: 6th level of the CCNL ALIMENTARI AZ INDUSTRIALI (14-month period). After 6 months, passage to the 5th level. Roles and responsibilities: - Packaging activities on semi-automatic lines; - Supplying production lines; - Supporting activities in weighing and mixing raw materials; - Quality control for conformity of products; - Sanitizing one's own workstation. Required qualifications for participating in the selection: - Qualification and/or diploma in food and/or hospitality; - Previous experience of at least 1-3 years as a production worker (better if from the food and/or chemical-pharmaceutical sectors); - Good familiarity with palm readers and computers for production reporting; - Calculation skills for weighing and mixing raw materials. Transversal skills: - Ability to work quickly and in groups; - Flexibility and adaptability to production needs; - Manual dexterity and physical resistance; - Availability for three shifts and/or overtime on weekends.
