Lavoro Mio Spa, Crema branch selects general workers who will be responsible for production on automatic and semi-automatic machines. The main role will be to support the production process, ensuring efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities and duties: - Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines for the production of goods - Continuously monitor machines to ensure correct functioning and identify any anomalies - Perform basic maintenance on machines and report any faults or problems to the maintenance department - Carry out periodic quality controls to ensure products comply with company standards Qualifications and skills: - Prior experience is not a fundamental requirement but will be a strong added value - Ability to interpret operational instructions - Good manual skills and attention to detail - Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on 2 daytime shifts or on a daily basis - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Work location: near Crema Compensation and benefits: We offer a stimulating work environment, flexible hours, a competitive salary, and professional growth opportunities.
