Alarm Reception Center Operator

We are looking for a person with proven experience in an alarm reception center for a permanent position. It is necessary to have an intermediate level of office automation and operating system management, as well as the ability to use alarm signal management, CCTV, video surveillance, and drone programs. Having the TIP security guard license and the official drone pilot certification issued by AESA is a plus. Knowledge in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environment will also be considered. The main functions include the control, reception, and monitoring of alarm signals, as well as the supervision of security services. You will also have to prepare reports on incidents, thefts, or malfunctions, attend to clients, manage access to the center, and collaborate with security forces. Additionally, you will carry out monitoring of compliance in terms of risk prevention and process incidents with suppliers and maintenance personnel. We offer an indefinite contract with full-time employment. The schedule is Monday to Sunday in rotating twelve-hour shifts. The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement, with an additional bonus of 200 euros per month.
