Technical Operator

Job: Technical Operator – Pest Control (Urban and Stored Grains) Field Work | RS We are hiring a Technical Operator in Pest Control to work directly on field operations, focusing on urban pest control and stored grain pest control. We seek an operational professional, organized and committed to quality and safety. Responsibilities: • Execute applications of products for urban pest control (cockroaches, rats, ants, etc.) • Work in the field, performing tasks such as monitoring and controlling pests, applying pesticides, and collecting data; • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective pest control strategies; • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including data on pesticide applications and pest populations; • Participate in training and quality control activities to improve skills and knowledge; • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Biology or related field; • 2+ years of experience in pest control operations; • Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles and practices; • Familiarity with pesticide application equipment and techniques; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
