Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Control-M, expert use of BMC Software's orchestration tool.
• Operating Systems: Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Scripting: Ability to read, write, and modify basic scripts to automate tasks (Shell Script, Bash, Python, or Perl).
• Databases: Notions in SQL queries to verify data integrity before or after processes.
• Cloud Environments: Familiarity with cloud architectures (such as AWS) and deployment automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Programming: Creation of workflows and dependencies using Control-M.
• Configuration of execution calendars and periodicities (business days, weekends, etc.).
• Active Monitoring: Tracking and control of the correct execution of processes.
• Incident Management: Early identification of failures, root cause analysis (log review), and application of quick solutions or re-runs.
• Optimization and Maintenance: Adjustment of processing times and design of critical paths to minimize bottlenecks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines (SLA - Service Level Agreement).
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset for quick decision-making in case of production failures.
• Documentation: Ability to write operational manuals and workflow diagrams.
• Necessary Requirements: Availability to work in rotating 24x7 shifts or participate in on-call rotations.
