PRODUCTION OPERATOR I (Fertilizers)

Job Description:
- Loading big bags of 1 ton to ensure that the product arrives at the customer in the correct packaging and organized;
- Counting Big Bags on the truck to ensure correct production for the customer;
- Assisting whenever needed in warehouse cleaning and production to ensure a good flow in production;
- Assisting in receiving packaging and assembling big bags stored in each Box in a correct manner, respecting FIFO industrial planning;
- Collecting samples of finished product inside the truck to ensure product quality;
- Sewing Big Bags together with loading operators to ensure product without adulterations;
- Preparing the truck on the production line (removing arches, tarpaulins, ropes and organizing big bags on the trailer) to give a greater agility in loading;
- Organizing packaging maintaining 5S and ensuring FIFO of packaging;
- Filling out the loading checklist to ensure that the product arrives at the customer organized and correct;
- Preparing Production Orders and organizing the loading queue to avoid inverted production;
- Calling vehicles for loading to organize and speed up production;
- Labeling labels, procedure for delivering the correct product to the customer and generating confidence in our product;
- Sewing truck tarps after loading to prevent adulterations in the load and final product before arriving at the customer;
- Aiding Operator I in assembling the load on the truck according to established standards, speeding up and improving production performance;
- Working as a warehouseman in releasing cargo for filling big bags;
- Maintaining yard management as organizing trucks parked and calling them for loading according to production plan generated by PCP;
- Cleaning machinery according to specific procedures for conservation and maintaining good productivity of loading lines.
- Performing internal machine cleaning if and only if the collaborator is fit to work at height and in confined spaces;
- Rerunning when there are any failures in the process, such as correcting truck weights, quality outside the limit or any other anomaly that may generate customer complaints.
- Verifying alongside production plan and informing PCP of missing trucks for provision of vehicle call in the yard;
- If the Assistant collaborator has training in NR-20, they can perform diesel fuel replenishment monitoring for loader tracks;
- Aiding in 5S warehouse cleaning and packaging when requested, ensuring a cleaner, organized, and safer factory environment.
