About the position

We are looking for a person responsible for coordinating the commercial, operational, and service follow-up of accounts for the Logistics Division, acting as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and the Operations area.

Their main objective will be to maintain timely communication with clients and business partners, provide support to the sales team in account management and development, and ensure that contracted services are executed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Support sales executives in client service and follow-up.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial requests.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new accounts.
• Maintain constant communication with clients regarding their services and requirements.
• Provide general follow-up on shipments and ensure compliance with commercial commitments.
• Coordinate operations according to requests and their changes and incidents.
• Prepare service, performance, and account follow-up reports.
• Identify commercial needs and opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive conditions and rates.
• Ensure professional, agile, and orderly service throughout the entire service process.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or foreign trade companies.
• Experience in account management, quotations, and commercial follow-up.
• General knowledge of logistics operations, road, sea, and air transport.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Organized, problem-solving, proactive, and customer-oriented profile.
• Ability to coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Availability for an on-site scheme in San Pedro Garza García.

We are looking for a person with a strong commercial and service orientation, capable of providing punctual follow-up to clients and coordinating the execution of their requirements internally. This is not a position primarily focused on prospecting or cold selling, but rather on commercial and operational support, account management, and follow-up of logistics services.
