Responsibilities: Answer and understand the customer's needs, identify the best sales strategies, and achieve the monthly targets. Identify and resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work in a team to achieve sales goals, and contribute to the company's growth. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge. Be proactive and take initiative to improve processes and procedures. Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the market and the company's needs. Be willing to learn and grow with the company.
