Phone Operator

Work in coordination with all hotel departments to assist guests with all their requests and satisfy all their needs. Provide necessary information to departments for daily operation.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Apply and ensure the practice of Auberge operational standards as well as LQA standards.
• Receive, make, and transfer guest calls with a sincere and cordial greeting.
• Anticipate and recognize individual guests' needs.
• Inform requests in a timely and appropriate manner to involved departments.
• Answer external calls to direct them to corresponding areas.
• Answer the phone within the first 3 rings
• Request permission from the caller before putting a call on hold.
• You must communicate calmly and clearly with guests, Directors, and colleagues in case of an emergency
• Operate the switchboard as the main command center in case of an emergency together with the Security department
• Assist guests with any request or incident.
• Making a wake-up call in a personalized manner within 3 minutes of the scheduled time, clear and friendly.
• Maintain accurate records of each incident report for response time measurement and incident closure using the
