Job Information

Workplace: Bresser-Mooca, São Paulo/SP

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: from 10:40 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: from 8:40 AM to 3:00 PM
• Workload: 6 hours per day
• Salary: R$ 1,734.55

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer service via phone and digital channels;
• Provide support related to orders, deliveries, and request tracking;
• Guide customers on exchanges, cancellations, and refunds;
• Record service interactions and follow up on actions until resolution;
• Clarify doubts and ensure a positive experience throughout the service;
• Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
