Collections Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Responsibilities

• Make proactive contacts to encourage timely payment of installments.
• Attend to current and delinquent customers through the inbound channel and resolve customer queries about Personal Loans and issues involving their contracts.
• Negotiate with delinquent customers via the inbound channel (phone, chat, and WhatsApp) for the regularization of Personal Loan debts.
• Make outbound contacts via automatic or manual dialer to delinquent customers, aiming to negotiate Personal Loan debts.
• Support the customer in navigating the App so they can access the payment, negotiation, and debt regularization environment.
• Record all interactions and activities in the integrated system (CRM).

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Good communication skills in Portuguese
• Strong negotiation skills
• Have positive, quick thinking, be responsible and flexible
• Enjoy challenging work and be able to work under pressure
• Preferably have experience with telephone sales, telephone customer service, or commercial negotiation
• Familiarity with the collections operation process is desirable
