The CCTV Monitor Operator is responsible for monitoring, supervising, and recording real-time activities within the facilities through the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, with the aim of preventing security incidents, detecting abnormal behaviors, and supporting the protection of people, assets, and information.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV monitors to detect movements, unauthorized access, or suspicious situations.
• Record and report any incident, anomaly, or unusual activity immediately to the Patrimonial Security area or the immediate superior.
• Operate and maintain monitoring equipment, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
• Preserve digital evidence (videos, screenshots) according to established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of observed and recorded information.
• Use video analysis software and tools to review recordings, identify patterns or suspicious behaviors.
• Collaborate in internal investigations by providing video material when required.

Requirements

Minimum education:

• Tech-preparatory degree (bachelor's degree desirable)

At least two years of experience in:

• Monitoring security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
• Monitoring multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously in real-time and detecting unusual or suspicious events.
• Working in patrimonial, industrial, or corporate security areas.
• Detection, analysis, and reporting of incidents.
• Experience in 24/7 monitoring centers or coordination with operational security personnel.

• MS Office Advanced
• CCTV, DDS, VMSLIVE, IVMS Advanced
• GPS tracking platforms and intermediate communication
