Job description
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels to check the necessary temperature for grain drying, analyzing moisture levels to ensure optimal drying conditions;
- Acknowledge temperature readings from dryers and replenish furnaces with firewood as needed;
- Facilitate truck unloading by regulating feedstock supply to dryers according to parameters mentioned above;
- Monitor stored product temperatures in warehouses, generate thermometry reports to analyze the need for forced changes or removal of grains and take necessary measures, informing Warehouse Supervisor and Management when required;
- Monitor soybean processing, regulating loads on sieves, cleaning screens on equipment;
- Acknowledge warehouse supplies, controlling entry and exit points for products to prevent spills and remove unnecessary points;
