As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas.

2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide necessary information about flight schedules, delays, and other related information.

3. Assist passengers with baggage check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.

4. Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations.

5. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

6. Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

7. Perform various administrative tasks, such as issuing boarding passes, collecting payments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong customer service skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Basic computer knowledge.

6. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.

7. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage.
