As a Junior FEC Analyst Offboarding, you will be part of our team that focuses on the offboarding process of employees who are leaving an organization. Your main task will be to analyze the data from the FEC (Financial Employee Certificate) and provide insights to our clients. You will work closely with our consultants and project managers to ensure a smooth transition for the departing employees. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or economics; • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
