Full time - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Before School Hours: 6:45 am - 9 am After School Hours: 2pm - 6:30pm $38- $43 an hour super Out of Ratio hours providing flexibility to your work life balance About the Service: Licensed for 100+ children, this service has a strong reputation within the community and is known for its high-quality programs and supportive environment for both children and staff. The centre is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. About the Role: As the 2IC, you will work closely with the OOSH Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the service and the delivery of high-quality care and educational programs. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Coordinator in all aspects of service management. Supervising and mentoring a team of educators. Developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate programs. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community. What you will need to succeed: Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Current Working With Children Check. Experience working in an OOSH or similar setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
