We are looking for an OnSite Manager (gn) on behalf of our client at the Kitzingen location to recruit (ANÜ) industrial-technical personnel within a large logistics project.

Tasks

• Recruitment of new employees for assignments in the framework of labor leasing at the customer company
• Self-responsible handling of all personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements
• Sustainable customer care

Qualification

• A successful completed education
• Experiences in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the industrial-technical sector
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking - preferably also Romanian language skills for the care of international specialist staff
• Pleasure in sales and fun in teamwork
• High self-responsibility and developed service-oriented thinking
