Tasks

• User support at 1st- and 2nd-level on site
• Support for disturbances and service requests via a ticket system
• Installation, configuration, and exchange of clients, notebooks, and peripherals
• Care and administration of mobile devices (smartphones)
• Support for simple tasks in network infrastructure (e.g. patching, device replacement)
• Maintenance of documentation and close exchange with colleagues

Qualification

• Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support in corporate environments
• Practice in handling ticket systems, preferably ServiceNow
• Knowledge in client support for Windows environments and DELL hardware
• Experience with mobile device management, preferably Workspace ONE
• Fundamental knowledge of network technology (patching, switches, access points)
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, French is an advantage
• Service-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented personality
