Tasks

• Taking, qualifying, recording, and processing disturbances in the IT operation of our customers at First Level Support
• Quickly processing escalated disturbance tickets at the customer's site
• Communication and clarification of disturbances and pending work to customers
• Supporting customers with inquiries about our shop or automation portals

Qualification

• Completed training as a systems integration technician or equivalent training
• Solution-oriented thinking and behavior, as well as a high level of quality awareness
• Service-mindedness and self-motivation
• Ideal first-hand experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of network technologies, Microsoft AD/Entra ID, Windows Server
• Ideal knowledge of firewalls, backups, patching, and license management
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Class B driver's license
