Onsite Field Support / 2nd Level (m/w/d) in Regensburg

We are looking for an end customer to hire a
Onsite Field Support / 2nd Level (m/w/d) in Regensburg - immediately.
Up to €38,000 gross.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Installation, configuration and commissioning of IT workstations and end devices
• Hardware replacement and troubleshooting on site
• Support for special devices, printers, MDE devices and mobile end devices
• Incorporation and maintenance of production and quality assurance systems
• Conducting hardening, updates and software installations
• Maintenance of Active Directory objects and device data
• Analysis and troubleshooting of network and cabling issues
  Onsite support, ticket processing and collaboration with colleagues on site

Schedule

• 5 days a week + Saturday 1 x per month
  Regular 24-hour operation on 6 days / night shift by arrangement
• Other: Readiness for shift work
• Location: Regensburg and external sites

Qualification

• Experience in IT field support and onsite 2nd level support
• Good knowledge of client support, Windows and Active Directory
• Fundamental knowledge of network technology and hardware support
• Service-oriented, structured and self-reliant working style
• Readiness for shift work and on-site activity at the customer's location
