Online Store Administrator - Ecommerce Operations

Job description

Our online retail business has been expanding rapidly. The opportunity has arisen for fulltime and part-time members of staff to join our team, with the responsibility of supporting the development and operations of the online retail business. The role will include website development tasks, stock and financial control is an essential part of this admin role and together with administering key supplier and service provider accounts. The role will later involve managing and processing orders, and ensuring that all aspects of the ecommerce operation run smoothly. This includes but is not limited to: managing product information, managing order fulfillment, managing customer service, managing returns and refunds, managing inventory levels, managing shipping and logistics, managing payment processing, managing accounting and financial reporting, managing supplier relationships, managing service provider relationships, managing website content, managing website functionality, managing search engine optimization, managing social media integration, managing email marketing campaigns, managing loyalty programs, managing gift cards, managing promotions and discounts, managing product launches, managing seasonal sales, managing holiday sales, managing special events, managing charity drives, managing fundraising efforts. The role will also involve working closely with the ecommerce team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
