Online Editor (m/w/d) - Minijob (Remote, LinkedIn & Personal Branding)

We are looking for editorial support on a minijob basis to continuously manage client relationships. The role is close to our clients, content-wise demanding, and self-responsible in its approach. It's not just about producing content, but about clean editorial work: sharpening themes, structuring statements, and developing consistent appearances.

You will work directly with clients, prepare content, revise drafts, and keep the editorial process running smoothly. Our clients are demanding, but so are we. If you enjoy supporting people in presenting themselves professionally and successfully on LinkedIn, then you're right for us.

Tasks

• Direct exchange and continuous management of client relationships
• Collaborative development of USP and Personal Brand for clients
• Development and structuring of themes for LinkedIn
• Preliminary preparation of content and briefings for the editorial team
• Revision and refinement of editorial drafts (content-wise and linguistically)
• Monthly curation and planning of new contributions
• Optimization of LinkedIn profiles and overall appearances
• Maintenance and use of an internal dashboard
• Ensuring clear processes and timely implementation

Qualification

• Background in editorial work, journalism, media, or comparable fields
• Experience with editorial work and structured handling of content
• Safe handling of LinkedIn and understanding of personal branding
• Able to structure, sharpen, and evaluate content
• Sovereign in direct exchange with clients
• Independent, reliable working style
• Ideal experience in the agency field
• Plus: Interest or knowledge in (media/business) psychology or communication
