Online Marketing Trainee (m/w/d)

Loyamo is a Digital Marketing Agency from Munich and manages well-known customers from various industries. Together, we develop successful digital marketing strategies and continuously grow – preferably with you!

In our 12-month trainee program, you will learn online marketing from scratch. Working together with experienced colleagues, you will work on exciting customer projects, take early responsibility, and develop step by step into an Online Marketing Manager.

Tasks

• Comprehensive familiarization with the various disciplines of online marketing
• Participation in customer projects and early assumption of own areas of responsibility
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (SEA)
• Support for SEO, content marketing, and social media measures
• Conducting tracking, web analytics, and conversion optimizations
• Creation of reports and derivation of data-based recommendations

Further Education

• 12-month trainee program with intense practice and professional training
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) as well as other relevant marketing tools
• Personal mentoring by experienced colleagues
• Individual development with the goal of long-term takeover

Qualification

• Possessiveness for online marketing and digital trends
• SUCCESSFUL completion of a university degree or equivalent training
• First practical experiences in online marketing (e.g. through internships, student assistantships or own projects) are advantageous
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and self-responsible working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Communication skills, initiative, and joy in teamwork
