Job Description

Your Tasks

• Continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of website performance to increase visibility, reach, and qualified leads.
• Development and implementation of a data-based SEO strategy considering market and search trends as well as structured KPI tracking.
• Observation of current AI developments in the field of Search (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) and optimization of content and website structures for AI-driven search systems (Generative Engine Optimization – GEO).
• Conceptualization, steering, and optimization of SEA- and Social-Media-Ads campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Performance analysis, budget management, and continuous conversion optimization of all paid campaigns.
• Participation in content creation and support for video and marketing materials.

Your Profile

• Degree or training with a focus on Marketing, Online/Digital Marketing, Media, Communication, or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience (approx. 1-2 years) in operational online marketing, particularly in the SEO or performance marketing field, preferably with experience in the agency environment.
• Familiarity with common tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and ideally first experience with Google Ads or Social Media Ads.
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in identifying data-based optimization potential.
• Interest in current developments in AI-driven search (e.g. AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization).
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking; Arabic, Spanish, or other foreign languages are an advantage but not a requirement.
• Structured, independent working style and motivation to take responsibility and actively shape processes.

About Us

As part of the GEM Group, the Non-Profit Rheinische Bildungszentrum (GRB) is a non-profit organization that prioritizes education. We want to enable foreign students, applicants, and future professionals to successfully complete their studies or vocational training in Germany.

To achieve this, GRB offers two different educational institutions: the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf and the Rheinische Akademie für Pflege und Gesundheit with its location in Leverkusen. At the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf, we prepare international applicants who have obtained a high school leaving certificate in their home country but not recognized in Germany for the so-called aptitude test.

Our language courses at all levels round off the offer and pave the way for applicants to study at a German university. This includes language- and subject-specific preparation courses. The Rheinische Akademie für Pflege und Gesundheit offers training, further education, and continuing education programs for nurses from home and abroad.
