To complete our international team, we are looking for a/an Online Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Owned Channels in Bestform: You maintain our website and B2B shop – content-wise, structurally, and organizationally. You ensure that everything is up-to-date, clean, and brand-compliant.
• Content-Pflege mit Qualitätsanspruch: You maintain contents in CMS, optimize pages, build landing pages, and keep product- and service-content up-to-date.
• SEO als Fundament: You plan and implement on-page SEO measures (structure, metadata, internal linking, content optimization).
• Produktdaten im Griff: In coordination with product management, you ensure that product master data, specifications, and media are clean at the right places.
• Schnittstelle zu IT, Vertrieb & Agenturen: You coordinate requirements, brief external partners, and keep timings in mind – pragmatically and solution-oriented.
• Analytics & Optimierung: You analyze website/shop metrics, lead measures, and continuously improve user guidance, content performance, and conversion.

Qualifikation

• Web-/CMS-Erfahrung: You have experience in the website or e-commerce field (CMS, content processes, ideally shop logic).
• SEO-Verständnis: You know the basics (and preferably more) around on-page SEO, content optimization, and performance.
• Strukturiert & zuverlässig: You work cleanly, think in processes, and have fun managing systems, contents, and data quality.
• Kommunikationsstark: You can translate marketing/retail/pm requirements – and bring things to goal with agencies and internal teams.
• Nice to have: Experience with PIM/ERP interfaces, B2B shops, tracking/tag management, high bike affinity.
